SMALL GROUP SWIM LESSONS
Option #1: Swim lessons are conducted 1 time a week for 8 weeks
Option #2: Swim Lessons are conducted 4 times a week for 2 weeks
Dates: June 22-August 16
Ages: 6 months and up
Times: 30 Minute Classes Cost: $240
45 Minute Classes Cost: $360 (Only Pertains to “Tween” Swim Program)
Lessons are available daily from 9am – 12pm Monday – Friday; Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 11am

The objectives of level 1 are to learn basic personal water safety information and skills, to help children feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy water safely. In Level 1, elementary aquatic skills are taught, including developing positive attitudes, good swimming habits and safe practices in and around the water. 30 Minutes
This level marks the beginning of true locomotive skills. Children gain success by practicing fundamental skills. Swimmers further develop simultaneous and alternating arm and leg actions on the front and back that lay the foundation for future strokes. They will learn to float without support and to recover to a vertical position. 30 Minutes
Builds on previously learned skills by providing additional guided practice. Children learn the survival float, the front crawl, the elementary backstroke, and the fundamentals of treading water. Children will also learn rules for headfirst entries and begin to learn to enter the water headfirst from a seated position. 30 Minutes
In level 4, participants improve their aquatic skills, gain confidence in the strokes learned thus far and increase their endurance by swimming familiar strokes (front crawl, elementary backstroke) for greater distances. Participants learn the basics of the back crawl, breaststroke, butterfly and turning at the wall. 30 Minutes
PARENT & ME (6 months – 3 years)
Helps young children get ready to swim by emphasizing fun in the water. Parent and child will work together in a group environment on basic swimming and water adjustment skills through the use of age appropriate songs and fun activities. 30 Minutes

TWEEN BEGINNER (8-12 years)
This class is for swimmers ages 8-12 that have had no prior swim training, but are comfortable in the water. Swimmers will be introduced to stroke and breathing techniques as well as dives and turns. 45 Minutes
Space will be limited in this two week program.
Cost: $360 / 2-wk session
Dates: June 22 – August 16

SUMMER SWIM CLUB (ages 8-12)
Summer Swim Group enables the swimmer to enjoy a SWIM TEAM atmosphere without the commitment of a competitive swim team. The practices will focus on stroke technique and endurance while enjoying a fun group setting.
Dates: June 22 – August 19 (8 wk program)
Days: Monday & Wednesday
Cost: $520 (payment plans available!)
WOMEN ONLY (ages 13-20)
The Women Only workout is designed to give women swimmers the opportunity to stay in shape during the off season or for prospective athletes to learn technique and strengthen endurance.
*Swimmer must be able to complete one lap of freestyle using rotary breathing. Ages 13 – 20

Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 1p – 2p
